8) Equipment Introduction

 

This equipment is mainly design for full face foldable mask production. The raw material - different fabric spool will load upon the designated feeder rack (max can expand up to 6 spools). The ultrasonic welding technology use along with the other automation mechanism, start from roll welding, elastic loop feeding, trimming and eventually blank folding after sonics weld. The last process will be the nose bridge press to the nose

level position. Then the finish goods face mask finally formed and the system will automatically count as final product.

9) Training

 

After the installation and commissioning of the equipment done, the relevant personnel of the buyer team will be trained (free of charge) at the supplier site. The training content includes the safe operating procedures of the equipment, precautions, daily maintenance and the justification and elimination of faults.

10) Material specifications

 

Commissioning equipment raw materials: non-woven fabric (width 250 ~ 260mm), melt-blown fabric (width 250 ~ 260mm), Anionic fabric (width 250 ~ 260mm), elastic cord, nose-bridge & etc need to be provided by the buyer.

11) Attach guideline / wearing part
a) One copy of the equipment instruction manual;
b) One copy of electrical schematic diagram;
